  11. Independent voters aren't going to vote for a party that believes it's fine to harass a duly-elected president and his staff with false charges and lawless procedures for four years, or have a candidate who won't do any live interviews with neutral reporters or put two coherent thoughts together without a teleprompter. I voted for Obama, but the Democratic Party has lost the respect of a lot of independent voters like me because of this, their silence concerning the violent protesters and their desire to raise taxes on all income classes to fund extreme socialist programs.
