  1. Actually, TKC, Kansas City is counting on the Missouri Republicans to protect our gun rights from KC & STL leaders who want to take guns away.

  2. LIBERAL LUNACY

"What can the Mayor do about crime? Every mayor has lost the war on crime because they don't have control over police and no national gun control."

Sorry to break your fantasy world, but the police are NOT the problem when it comes to crime, and the federal government does have gun control measures in place. When liberals lament "no national gun control" they really mean no national ban on guns.

COMPARE AND CONTRAST: Marijuana versus guns

Liberals have pushed the pro-marijuana agenda for decades. We now have the medical use of cannabis legalized (with a doctor's recommendation) in 33 states. The recreational use of cannabis is legalized in 11 states. Another 16 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands have decriminalized it.
    Facts To Consider
*Smoked cannabis has many of the same cancer-causing substances as smoked tobacco.
*Cannabis use directly affects the brain—especially the parts responsible for memory, learning, attention, decision-making, coordination, emotions, and reaction time.
*Driving under the influence of any substance, including cannabis, is dangerous. Cannabis, like alcohol, negatively affects skills needed for safe driving.
*The compounds in cannabis can affect the cardiovascular system. They can have effects on heart rate and blood pressure. Previous research has found a significant increase in the risk of heart attack in the hours after cannabis use.

So, when it comes to marijuana, liberals are hands off, do as you please and we won't prosecute you.
But when it comes to the Constitutional right to bear arms, they do a complete reversal and wail about the need to protect the public and keep guns out of the hands of everyone (like criminals obey the law!).
Sorry liberals, but you can't have it both ways!

^^The exception to the rule is not the rule. Compare states that have tough gun control laws with states that don't; compare countries, as well.

11:40, there was no reason to make marijuana illegal in the first place, except to wage racial warfare. You DON'T have a Constitutional Right to "bear arms". You have a Constitutional Right to a well "regulated militia".

  5. Dear bLIEron, you don’t have first amendment rights, they’re for freedom of religion. Now shut up and go back to bed

  6. ^^^ sorry chud.

First ammendment is freedom of speech, expression and the press. You need to get a better education and get off faux news.

Byron, in the future, please refrain from huffing your on flatus before attempting to interpret the Constitution. It isn't working.

Liberals may as well face facts.... They have totally blown any chance they have for any further attempts at gun control after the blm crap and little dictators running loose in cities big and small. Not gonna happen. If anything they've blown that for at least a generation. They can't help themselves. They overplay their hand every single time. Comical to watch.

  14. I submit that White communities have more guns exponentially than Black communities, but have a fraction of the crime. Mr. Lucas, it is about culture and intelligence, or the lack thereof. Animals. Hope Operation LeGende disappears thousands of criminals!

    ReplyDelete
  15. The only issue that might come out of this special session that addresses the homicides in KCMO is the witness protection money.
But the Crime Commission already offers $25,000 for tips that lead to arrests and the feds have actually upped the amounts recently.
So it seems unlikely that a community that refuses to cooperate with the police and be a part of making its own neighborhoods safer is going to change its behavior for yet more money being offered to do what's right and necessary.
You really can't help people who won't help themselves.
And people like Lucas ALWAYS have yet another excuse why even adding another program is never enough.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Guns don’t kill people. Democrats with guns kill people. What we need is a national policy restricting the civil rights of those who are actually causing the problems.

  17. ^^OK Boomer.

  18. Conservatives with guns aren't the issue...yet.
