SHOCK!!! TKC READER FEARS COVID-19 HIGH RISK HOOPS AT PRAIRIE VILLAGE BASKETBALL COURTS WITH NO SIGN OF SOCIAL DISTANCING OR MASKS!!!

A quick word from one of our most loyal readers and a photo we've edited to protect the innocent and clumsy hoopsters . . .

"So, I thought Governor Kelly passed a mask order and social distancing is encourage as well. Drove by Weltner Park on the way home and it's packed with local scholars playing basketball and posting up against one another like there's not a pandemic on . . . Don't get me wrong, I like b-ball as much as anybody but I'm sending you this photo because it's a sign that the so-called 'restrictions' and 'precautions' are just totally phony if nobody is going to follow them and take it seriously. That includes young people who could go home and pass the virus to their loved ones. Just wanted to show you that there isn't really a lot of concern about the virus in the place you like to call 'Perfect Village' and I've seen the same thing in KC too . . . This is just proof of the hypocrisy that exists. I have to mask up and wear gloves like I'm conducting a science project at my place of business but right outside it's a free for all. I call shenanigans."

Interesting comment . . . TKC can only suggest that this dear reader shoot some hoops by himself if only to help get out some of that frustration.

Developing . . .

Too busy playing pocket pool?

Ar this point it's just psychological warfare to justify vote by mail.

First, it was only deadly to 80 plus years and already sick. To everyone else it was less deadly than the flu.

Second, we have herd immunity

George soros was the complainer. He is back in prairie village.

Those b-ball goals should be taken down permanently. They draw too many undesirables to PV.

Ok, Karen.

Does anyone really care?
Anybody "shooting hoops" in a Public park has to be from the shallow end of the Gene Pool, so won't a potentially fatal malady just serve to eventually improve the Human Race as a whole?

^^^ Maybe, but not before he bags your wife's groceries and coughs on her.

It affects people of all ages stupid. Also there is no such thing as herd immunity. You seem to prove there is such a thing as herd stupidity though.

Royal Meadows Golf Course is crowded every day with golfers who are not wearing masks and not social distancing.

Is the P.V. complainer upset at the COVID thing or the fact that there are blacks playing hoops there.
The P.V. residents put a "Black Lives Matter" signs in their yards, but do they want them in the neighborhood?
No. Not really.

I got a good chuckle out of someone thinking the people who play basketball at that park live in Prairie Village.
