^^^ Trump supporters don't seem too energized to me. They seem scared and frustrated. Their leader can't get any support, not even from Fox News. Seems like they've got nowhere to turn.

Try asking them to explain how organizations like a police department actually work, what constituencies other than themselves think or want, what "we demand change" actually means, or what actual goals they have other than their own make-believe self-importance, selfies, and TV face time, and you'll get a blank stare.
Lucas' latest excuse is that increased "gun violence " is sweeping the metro and the entire country.
When in fact 90% of homicides in the metro are black-on-black murders and take place in very specific parts of KCMO and KCK.

ReplyDelete12:23 - Your Trump supporters are reluctant to throw out their yard signs, bumper stickers, and t-shirts. The Democrats have redefined racism, bigotry, misogyny, and every other prejudice that can be conjured. Women who support Trump are racist. Black people who support Trump are uncle toms. Legal immigration supporters don't want black/brown people in the country. The Democrats and the media are freely calling anyone who supports Trump a racist, bigot, misogynist, etc. etc. etc. So if your neighbors, friends, family, and co-workers aren't talking to you about their support for Trump - it's probably because they are worried you'll call them a (fill in the blank). This is "cancel culture" at its finest.

ReplyDeleteJohnny, Oh I had a job, I was an activist and we did some cool shit. We tore up shopping areas, actually looted for a while and rioted against the police, destroyed public spaces and knocked over statues.
HR rep, Well Johnny it sounds like a lot of fun, did you learn anything from your experience?
Johnny, Naw not really. But I made a ton of friends that loved tearing up shit as much as I do. Say what does this company do?
HR rep, Well we are sort of a security company called The Cops and we need you to go into the back room so our team can give you a thorough physical exam and beat the ever loving crap out of you.
