  5. Sad that KC doesn't respect it's history unless it's in a black community infested with crime. The Jazz dist. has two sided buildings but yet they have left them standing and have sunk tons of tax payers money into them only to be a huge fail.

  12. 1:34, it only takes a drive down midtown Broadway and Pennsylvania to see that Kansas City Life's grounds are meticulously kept, while other properties in the neighborhood are much much less so. The Knickerbocker apartments may have had some nostalgia value, but in practical terms the buildings were dangerous eyesores. Something better will replace them.
