ReplyDeleteShame on Kansas City Life. Rotten arrogant Kansas City company. They have systematically destroyed their immediate neighborhood. Terrible leadership and an embarrassed to Kansas City. Shame.
ReplyDeleteByron, who cares it old brick. Take down the Phillips house too
ReplyDelete1:34, it only takes a drive down midtown Broadway and Pennsylvania to see that Kansas City Life's grounds are meticulously kept, while other properties in the neighborhood are much much less so. The Knickerbocker apartments may have had some nostalgia value, but in practical terms the buildings were dangerous eyesores. Something better will replace them.
