Overland Park councilman charged with domestic battery
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - An Overland Park councilman was charged in Johnson County with domestic battery, a misdemeanor. According to court documents, Scott Hamblin, who represents the city's Sixth Ward, caused "physical contact with a person in a rude, insulting, or angry manner" in an incident that occurred Tuesday.
Even if he is against unsolicited bulk email this still disqualifies him.

ReplyDeleteThis guy has been a jerk since before he was elected to the council in OP. He lost some front yard to a road project and that is what drives him to be that way. He is definitely not interested in helping OP be a great place to live, his intent is to destroy OP because they didn't pay him a million dollars for twelve feet of the front yard. Houses out there sit well off the street not like in a development neighborhood. The people that voted for him should feel ashamed to do that to their city.
