Beloved neighborhood ice cream man shot while doing his job
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- A well-known local frozen treat vendor was shot Wednesday evening. Police said it happened at North Drury and Scarritt after a botched robbery attempt. A man people know as Roberto has become a fixture to this community.
You know life and society is fucked up when some asshole shoots the ice cream man.

I am praying for a quick recovery for this poor guy. Old Northeast has been completely forgotten as far as police and other city services. Burned out houses, trash on every corner, and the homeless......

ReplyDeleteIf you think it's only the Old Northeast that has been forgotten by the city for basic services, you apparently haven't gotten around town much.
The deserted and empty downtown, with more businesses shutting down and leaving each and every day has gotten all the attention and massive taxpayer subsidies to try to make believe that it's a vibrant hub of diversity and economic activity.
It is actually a bright shiny sucking financial chest wound.
City services for residents are boring and of no interest to the D-list celebrity electeds.
How about another $1 million art show?
There was a time when negroes seriously avoided this area. Now look what is happening. Fucking animals.
