KCPD Twitter Block Unconstitutional?!?!

The case law is scant BUT the argument offers insight into social media controls, rules and practices that require constant interaction/addiction over user-friendly interfaces i.e. Twitter and most online forums are programmed for trolling.

  5. They can not block anyone, Federal courts have ruled, Trump cannot block people from his Twitter. If they disseminate "official" information from this account they cannot block a citizen. They can be sued and they will lose, pretty typical for cops not to know how the constitution works.
