Activists attempt to disrupt Kansas City eviction court after coronavirus moratorium lifted

Two activists were arrested during a protest aimed at shutting down eviction proceedings at the Jackson County courthouse in Kansas City, Missouri, a tenants rights group said Thursday. 1. Which just goes to show what these entertainment events are really all about and how skewed the media is in what "news" it covers.
    Make signs.
    March around.
    Make demands.
Take selfies and hope the local TV "reporters" show up.
Run home to see if YOU were on TV!
    Repeat.
    Endlessly.

  8. With the 600 dollars a week extra in unemployment for the last 5 months or so these people are making more money than they ever have. But maybe pay your rent instead of buying booze drugs cars etc. Most didnt do this because they know when the 600 ends they can play the poor me im in trouble cause the pandemic. Get a clue. Everyone has taken a hit from this in one way or another. Its time to take responsibility for your own actions. If you didnt pay your rent I bet your landlord still paid the mortgage. So get out and move on.
