Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly said Monday the state may need to rollback its reopening plans because of increasing cases of COVID-19.The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reported 1,063 new COVID-19 cases since the last update Friday. Health officials also reported a decrease in median age for coronavirus cases to 37, down from 52 on March 24.
