This guy says he died but God sent him back

Because of all the coronavirus deaths in the U.S. and around the world in recent months, lots of us have been thinking about death more than usual. (For lots of Americans, usual is never. For some reason many Americans seem...

Please help me out. I need an opinion from the gawd peoples about a nagging question. After gawd finished making Adam and Eve, do you think maybe he took a couple of extra days to design, in detail, the millions and millions of such beasties as fleas, flies, bed bugs, crabs and more?

Or do you think he created “Mother Nature” and gave her permission to “just throw shit against the wall” and see what happens?

Bill Tammeus once wrote of the time in his youth, when he went backstage to meet the Village People, and the Indian offered to smoke his peace-pipe.

  3. Mother nature cannot create. Only God can create. While someone can be brought back from death with modern medical equipment, they will still die someday. Everyone has an appointment with death. If we didnt, think how all your mistakes would pile up, all your grudges would be in place for millions of years, people would have time to think up complex crimes, wars would never stop as people would not be killed in them, people with disabilities would be stuck with their bodies forever. Dying can be a fresh start if you make the right choices. Otherwise if you die with your sins on you (like weight that builds up with each lie) you will face punishment. Most people will die with their sins and be held accountable forever as there is no way to get rid of sin once your dead. Your stuck with your sins forever then.

  4. Christ raised several people from the dead. But they did eventually die. God does as he wants. If he has to teach you a huge lesson by sending you back from death I am sure its possible. However the devil is a copycat (he wanted to be like God). The devil always appears as an angel of light and misleads people. That is the M.O. in the devil's work. The devil's main business is launching false religions so people never know the real God, just a fake one the Devil setup. The Devil is not behind all the crime and misdeeds, people are fallen and their fallen nature takes care of that. The Devil didnt make you do it -it just you. You are born as a fallen person as a baby. Example: You dont have to teach your kids how to be bad -they already are born with it. But you have to teach them to be good and its very hard. Cause your trying to overcome their natural fallen nature. The Devil is copying the Christian religions with just enough false teaching so you won't be saved. His religions are like a glass of water thats 99% pure, but contains 1% poison. Looks great - but will damn you.

  5. "upon this rock I shall build my church"

I now realize that's the rock in my backyard that I pray to. I thought it was gawd, but now I know it's a CHURCH. I needs a whole lot more stimulus money to get it higher off the grass. Please donate to .......................

  6. The "rock" Christ was referring to is a huge sheet of solid rock north of the Holy Land. Christ was there when he said that. It was the original center of the gentile/pagan religion. As it was the huge rock sheet that the tower of babble was built on. So Christ was saying his religion would be build by believing "former gentile/pagans" who converted to Christianity. NOT THE JEWISH PEOPLE WHO HAD A COVENANT WITH GOD TO REPRESENT HIM AND THEN THEY BACKED OUT! And whats happened? The Jews still claim Christ was a nobody. And the Pagans accepted Christ and built his church. The saying has NOTHING to do with Peter - and Christ even said to Peter "get behind me Satan" - meaning Peter was unGodly, following Satan and not in line with following Christ at that time. The saying has nothing to do with Peter or the Catholic Church. If you believe in evolution and Rocks then you must ask yourself why people didnt develop 1 language? Why there are so many different ones to this day? Evolution means there should be 1 standard language. There isn't. Have a nice day!

  7. We are not back to the "why would a God allow disabled or handicapped people to be born and suffer all their lives are we"? I thought that was covered well by other posters who gave a perfect explaination. If your unhappy with your lot in life, be pleased that in modern times there are electric wheel chairs, portable oxygen concentrators, government lifetime social security payments to the disabled, many support groups for the disabled. Used to be the disabled were placed by a roadside to beg for food all day. Not anymore, they are valued and loved members of the general public. So please dont complain about God.

Peter, or Petra means "rock". His real name was Simon.

Jesus was appointing Simon to be leader of the Jesus Cult.

There is no "after life". We're just hairless apes with delusions of God-Hood.

  17. God will say one of 2 things to YOU after your death:

    1. "your will be done" which means you wanted no afterlife or God and so you wont really have one. Solitary confinement forever in a dark bottomless pit.

    OR

2 "My will be done" and it means God accepts you and you will live with God, in a mansion, live in perfect happiness, never be unhappy again.

    your choice.

  18. ^^^God just told me he’s sending you to hell for misinterpreting his words. He wanted me to tell you. Sorry, not sorry.

  19. Of course there is afterlife. Hospitals have run "tests" for a while. Placed hidden numbers above the cabinets and lights of E.R. rooms. People that die and are revived can tell them the numbers. Even though they are hidden from everyone's sight. One lady told the staff she floated above the 12 story hospital's roof and saw a red sneaker by a roof A/C unit. They went to the top of the hospital and there it was!

People (including Doctors) don't want to admit it as it complicates "when life ends". Others dont want to admit it because they like their wild lifestyles and would have to worry about facing judgement later after death. Others can't imagine what or where they would go. There are a million reasons NOT to believe in the afterlife. Or not think about death. However I can truly believe Abraham Lincoln never even existed, not one person alive today ever saw him - but that doesn't make my belief so. People can't even find their way around a city and need GPS. What makes those same people know the afterlife doesnt exist?

  20. Christ did come to preach to the Jews. Very true! God had a covenant with them. He gives them the promise land and they follow him, recognize the Messiah/Christ and act as missionaries to the whole world. But the Jews didnt follow thru. Mad that Christ could raise people from the dead, but wouldnt overthrow the Romans they killed him. But that worked out well anyway. Proving he was God by rising from the dead, the Gentiles did believe and started the Church. The Jews were punished 75 years later with their temple being destroyed, men killed, the rest sold into slavery and they lost the Holy Land until the 1940's. Plus they are the most hated religious group in the world with enemies lining up in the middle east to wipe them out. Never break a covenant with God!

  21. God can't send me to hell as he redeemed me. I am his. Its actually not "going to hell" that people need to be saved from. Its protection from an angry God that will not tolerate your sin that you need. You need to be saved from a angry God. Hell is just a place. God is not present there in hell. So it will be a place you will want to go, to escape God, even though it is a miserable place. Kind of like a criminal would rather be stuck in a getto unit forever, rather than sit in front of detectives with proofs of his crimes forever. At least in hell you can hide.

Will you good gawd peoples start a GO-FUND-ME-PAGE for my "Church of the Backyard Rock"?

My first saint is ST. George Carlin

I'll be checking for that funding page. Gawd thanks you.

  24. Well God can't contradict himself. So if he saves you, he can't not save you. Its that simple.

Judgement day will be full of surprises! Many "nice and pretty good" people will be condemned for declining God's offer of salvation. Even with churches on every street corner. Then I bet we see some people who really surprise us -they repented during the last second of their life and gained salvation. How would you like to see Hitler forgiven and welcomed into heaven because he repented and asked God for mercy before he shot himself? But YOU go to "the bad place" even though you were a "good person" who just ignored God's offer of salvation your whole life. God is powerful enough to forgive Hitler and would convert him into a new pure being!

  25. Make your God a rock in your backyard? That's idolatry. Breaking the 2ND commandment. Its Making your own God and rules, which allows you to do what you want. That idolatry. If you have ever lied, stolen, cussed, put something before God, disrespect your parents, you broke God's laws and face judgement. Making your own little Rock God will not help you on judgement day.
