Kansas City rappers release song in honor of 4-year-old killed in shooting
Nearly three weeks after 4-year-old Legend Taliferro was killed in a shooting, no arrests have been made in his case. "This young man was an innocent bystander that never hurt nobody ever and whoever killed him is still loose somewhere right now and we are done with it, we are tired of it," said the minister and rapper who goes by the name Big Rob Savage.
