A horrible smell came from an upstairs apartment last month at the Harvard Court Apartments at 4023 Harvard Cir. Residents say no one in management or maintenance at the complex did anything about the smell for weeks.But someone at the complex finally called Kansas City, Missouri, police.

ReplyDeleteSo no one did anything about it for weeks and they call the Police? Why didn’t they call a social worker? Oh, wait....maybe we do need the police after all.
