Federal Prosecutors Weren't Consulted On Kansas City Pharmacist Robert Courtney's Early Release

The decision to release notorious Kansas City pharmacist Robert Courtney from prison seven years before his sentence was set to expire was made without consulting the federal prosecutors who put him there. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Missouri said it was not even informed that Courtney was slated to be released from the federal correctional center in Englewood, Colorado.

  3. Hey now, they let racist mass murdering koloreds off with probation, at least the guy spent time behind bars.

Besides, they released him because he was breaking the bank with all his health problems, he’ll be dead before you know it anyway. And that will be his families problem to bury him, not the taxpayers.

    1. His parents are dead. His wife left him when he got convicted. Toss him in a pauper’s grave? Throw some lime over him and let nature run it’s course. Courtney will be burning in Hell anyway.

  4. Kcur would be screaming bloody murder if he were a black guy, they’d be yelling to let him out on compassionate grounds. Fuck the whiny little liberal bitches at kcur.

  5. I actually knew this guy. He was one of the nastiest, angriest, meanest pieces of shit you could imagine. And that was on a good day when he was trying to be sociable. The BoP screwed up big time. If Courtney had gotten Covid and died a painful death you’d know there is a God. Look at all of the people with cancer and AIDS whose lives he destroyed by diluting their drugs for money. He amassed $12 million doing it, too. No justice for his victims with this bone headed decision.

  6. He killed black patients by diluting their drugs. Why dont we get BLM to complain about this white killer of black lawful citizens? After all, his patients died as they could no longer breath due to lung issues in most cases. This is more serious than police abuse.

  7. Probably there is no money in it for BLM to extort, they will pass on this one.

  9. 12:42 - dude, you reallllllly need to get a life.

  10. Boomer - this degrades any trust in the criminal justice system. Our system is a joke. Protect a murdered from the virus by releasing him? After he medically murdered sick people? Seem like Barr has helped Courtney escape the wrath of God....for now
