  2. No value in immigration services employees if immigration services has effectively been shut down by the current administration. The federal employees can sit home only so long collecting a paycheck and not doing work.

  5. Cleaver is spearheading Congress with a bill to keep CIS funded. Most CIS operational costs come from fees. If your immigrant girlfriend from Slovenia wants to bring her family here that process done legally is going to cost you.
