Kansas City Faith Blogger Contemplates The End Of De Facto Church Segregation

Here's an interesting glimpse at the push for more faith community diversity . . . Read more:

Can multiracial religious congregations work?

I don't know who first said it long ago in the U.S., but it's become a cliche that Sunday morning worship time in Christian churches is the most racially segregated hour of the week. That is slightly less true today...

They already work. Locally several churches have tried to be multi racial in a significant way but they never grew much as doing this for its own sake does not inspire most people. Pentecostals have been doing it from almost the beginning. The most successful churches doing this don't set out to be multi racial. It just happens because they are open to all people. They are more often fundamentalists.
Tammaeus's denomination abandoned all pretense of even semi orthodoxy or even it's former predominate Neo Orthodoxy for a feel good politically correct outlook. It's dying fast and won't be around in 20 years. Tammaeus's literally hates the moderate churchs that left his dying denomination, calling them bigots.

8:58...that is no joke. Tammeus hates them almost as much as he hates Catholics and Israel.

I thought Bill promised or said he would quit writing?
I don’t read him but I really thought he quit.
Ego on ex-writers is huge.
No one can be influenced by a guy closer to 100 years old Than 50.

Bill- quit. Just quit writing.
No one really will read what your views are and change.. no matter what you say.

If you had anything pertinent back in your day- perhaps you could have saved your old paper and they wouldn’t be bankrupt.
The fact is no one had a plan and it failed.

What makes you think after you guys left with no viable successsion plan that you will enjoy success now?

Does Joe Biden inspire you?

@11:38 I can't answer for Bill but Trump "inspires" me - to go vote for every Democrat on the Ballot!

11:38: Didn't you say you don't read his posts? Does anyone force you to comment on posts you don't read?
