The executives at DST Systems Inc, that would have been paid $250,000 per year as employees at other local companies, well some of them make over $195,000,000. in deferred compensation and stock grants. yes those figures are in millions of dollars. And they were all white men, who graduated from Rockhurst college within 20 years of each other. It was a club that had the compensation committee wrapped around their little fingers.
