This July 4th week and over the past few years, it has been hard to distinguish betwixt firecrackers and gunfire.
Accordingly, here's the KCMO homicide count spiking close to 50% year-to-date:

DeleteActually, our homicide numbers per capita are much higher.
Can here the sirens going wild this evening, there will likely be more. Stay safe.
DeleteBullet proof vest required in KC effective now. Mayor Quinton Lucas.
ReplyDelete^^^^ sad but seems like that might actually save a few people.
ReplyDeleteYou own this mayor, you and your tribesmen. It's all yours. You have done nothing to prevent the tribes' destruction of the once famous Plaza and Westport. So, the terrorists who demand reparations now control mid town keeping the people who SPEND money and generate tax revenue needed to run the shitty and line the fat rev's pockets away. Power and Light's next. Empty hotels in the killing quarter. Only bums on the train. When the backlash hits, AND IT WILL, your political dreams are down the toilet, and the once beautiful city is kaput. Well done democrats.
ReplyDeleteAnother one blocks from East Patrol. Black people on pace to kill more Black males than the police.
ReplyDelete328 That's always the case.
Deleteblm is a conspiracy theory...there is no widespread systematic killing by police of blacks.
1:30 am. Nah, this violence is a continuation of the Slick James and Darryl Forte and Jermaine Reed era, Remember “pearls on Prospect”?
ReplyDeleteHoly cow, I think we are gonna make 100 plus by monday.
ReplyDeleteThe Crystal ball of Negrodamus still sees 4 more by Tuesday. Remember Negrodamus predicted over 100 by the end of the July 4th weekend. Schizzell bitches and rub dat all over your couch.
ReplyDeleteBLM must be proud.
ReplyDeleteProspect always looks like the meanest street of all east side streets. It looked like a war zone five years ago. Troost would be second.
ReplyDeleteAt least the Paseo homes have nice architecture and there is some street landscaping. Same with Benton. The folks maintain their property.
Another product of BLM. When will our black brothers stop the violence?
