  11. Sky James will be broke by the time he is 60. He has never taken care of himself and he is in poor health. his personal failings are reflected in the policy he inflicted on KC. Street Car, Jazz Museum, 18th and Vine, Linwood Grocery. The away from the police and road budgets and fund the urban agenda. GHETTO.

  12. life is not always a long tranquil river.

    adaptability and resiliency are required.

let's pray that, if corona is conquered and life gies back to normal, we all remember to take things less for granted and to prepare for contingencies.

  13. The TKC blog warned about a worst case scenario years ago!

Demolition of existing terminals and infrastructure take place, but before the replacement is completed, economic hard times befall the airline industry and KC gets stuck with an incomplete project (part old terminal + uncompleted new terminal).

  14. A major aspect of getting the approval for the new airport terminal was that millions would be funneled to Black owned businesses. It was all a hustle. I imagine a lot of bean counters are cursing the day this fiasco got approved. Tony told em, yes he did. Tony for Mayor in 2024.

  15. The real dumbasses are those thinking United ever had a hub at KCI.

    No.

United has never had more than a few gates here. They feed KC flights into their actual hubs at Denver, Chicago, Houston, Newark and LAX for connections. Most job loses will be at those other airports.

Learn how airports and airlines work before making dumbass comments.
