As protests continued across the Kansas City area in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a large group gathered near Swope Park to march with a message -- black lives matter. Horns honked. Signs showed support.Group participants say the message is being heard, but they're not done yet.
Allies Over The Bridge
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Protesters marched down East Meyer Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, on Sunday, starting at Unity Southeast Church. Rev. Randy Fikki organized the march and said he wanted to bring the Black Lives Matter movement away from the Country Club Plaza for other parts of the city to see and hear.
