Kylr Yust trial delayed, new date TBD

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The murder trial of Kylr Yust scheduled for July 27 has been delayed, according to court records. The three-week jury trial was delayed after attorneys for accused double murderer Kylr Yust filed a motion last week asking for a delay in his trial, arguing the COVID-19 pandemic has "seriously hampered" their ability to provide counsel and interview potential witnesses.

  5. My thoughts go out to the families that have to endure the dragging this out to get the resolution that they so desperately need. I know with Covid and George Foster protests going on right now this is the decision that helps to ensure his being found guilty and doing it right so he loses every appeal for the next 30 years before the finally inject him with the sauce. The moms and dads involved are the ones just being tortured because you know this POS could care less about them I hope he burns in hell for eternity. No Justice? No Peace!
