ReplyDeleteIn human terms, that women is guilty of 2nd Degree Murder (depraved indifference). I would prefer that she be punished in the same manner the dogs died but since that is never going to happen...she should AT LEAST be charged with the highest charge on the books in regard to animal cruelty. She should also be BANNED FOR LIFE from ever owning ANY OTHER pet.

But there IS one name we do know in this incident and that is Tom Rose...
For the school owner, Tom Rose, to say "there was no negligence involved." is BEYOND idiotic, and his "school" should be CLOSED FOR GOOD. If Tom Rose does not know what negligence is in regards to dogs, then he has NO business running anything to do with any animals and should be banned for life from owning any animals.
