TOPEKA, Kan. - After months of issues within the Kansas Department of Labor, head of the department Secretary Delia Garcia has resigned. Now, the extent of KDOL's issues are coming to light, KSNT reports. Garcia's resignation came on Sunday night, following a week of major problems. Some Kansans were mistakenly paid their weekly claim twice in one week.

They are getting what they deserve.

Decades of a GOP legislature that promises and delivers under funding of departments, no spending to upgrade equipment and services, and small/broken government. They built this system to fail.

BTW, Missouri's system has faired no better, but hasn't got the same amount of bad press here since Parson is governor.

Kansas governors seem to have real problems with using technology.
Don't forget the roll-out of ObamaCare by Sebelius.
Apparently government consists of more than hand-wringing and good intentions.
