SO WE HAVE FOR OUTDOOR POOLS. REPORTER: THE WATERS ARE CALM IN OLATHE IN FACT THERE NOT EVEN -ANY H2O IN THE POOL. A POOL OPENING REALLY KIND OF SUMMER. REPORTER: THAT SUMMER IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED IN SOME AREA INDEPENDENCE MISSOURI AND MANHATTAN KANSAS TWO CITIES THAT HAVE ALREADY SAID THEY WON'T BE OPENING THEIR PUBLIC POOLS THIS SUMMER.
