Mayor Lucas says it's time to 'make a change' and decriminalize marijuana possession

KANSAS CITY, Mo - Mayor Quinton Lucas proposed an ordinance during Thursday's City Council meeting that would take the crime of marijuana possession off the books in Kansas City. The mayor believes it's something the city can do to be more equitable and free up police to focus on other types of crimes.

  9. Q is doing something that is so stupid and possibly illegal it will cost him a ton of votes in the next election for sure. And in the meanwhile normal people (not the group) will vote down everything he puts up for a vote.
