KCPD Reopen Plaza Streets After Week Of Protesting And Riots. Retail Still Dead.

Shoppers are encouraged to return despite the social justice ruckus, civil unrest, recent murder and a litany of property destruction . . . Take a peek and notice most of the stores are still closed:

'Everyone is welcome:' KCPD reopen streets on the Country Club Plaza

After being closed because of protests, the Kansas City Police Department said all roads were reopened Thursday afternoon on the Country Club Plaza.The roads were initially closed Saturday morning because of protests at nearby Mill Creek Park and the J.C. Nichols Fountain.
