KANSAS CITY PROTESTER WILL LOSE AN EYE AFTER GETTING SHOT BY POLICE RUBBER BULLET!!! TOUGH QUESTIONS OVER KCPD TACTICS PERSIST!!!

Local hipsters must not read a lot of global news.

If they did, they would have known months ago that rubber bullets are SERIOUS and have blinded people across the globe.

Notice that the proper terminology is "LESS LETHAL" for this law enforcement tool. Meaning, those things might kill a person on the wrong side of the equation.

And so, millennials across the metro are sharing some poor dude's medical deets and noting his really bad luck.

Similarly, here's MSM calling out KCPD tactics amid ongoing protest:

Chanting For Change

KC Protesters Ask Police: "Who do you protect? Who do you serve?"

A 15-year-old girl cried out to the police whohad maced her the night before, proudly holding her tattered Black Lives Matter sign high in the air. "Do you see how torn this is?" she asked. "It's because I was running away from you."

Fears For Tear Gas

Policing Tactics Questioned In Kansas City Ahead Of Fourth Night Of Protests

Kansas City Police Chief Rick Smith defended on Monday his department's use of tear gas and how it handled weekend protests spurred by racism, police violence and the death of George Floyd. But protesters organized for a fourth day of demonstrations, with Mayor Quinton Lucas marching with one group.

  1. The In-Depth Truth. Read and copy and paste everywhere you can. This stuff needs to be known.

I'm guessing there are about to be a lot of dead cops, as a result of semi-just self defense. Those people aren't going to continue taking such abuse. The crowd will either tear the police apart with their bare hands and whatever they can grab, or they will start bringing in guns or makeshift sharp shooters (a la Black Panthers in Los Angeles). This is why guns should be legal, including "assault rifles". The police officer and officers getting aggressive in this video are clearly not getting that these riots are consequences of their actions. Luckily, i an seeing good change like never before. There are good cops being brave enough to speak out and condemn Derek Chauvin and his thug buddies. I think that's an amazing and significant step in the right direction. The average street cop is not an independent thinker, many types drawn to the field are followers with a deep personal need of belonging and solidarity in the same way as gang members. So many are afraid to speak out and independently because of police department culture and fear of social-interpersonal repercussions. Ultimately I think this rioting is a very good think, including the violence and destruction. It is a people "screaming" when they have failed to be heard, not having been taken seriously, and not having a real problem that exists acknowledged. The only thing I don't like about this, is that it's NOT just about race, but strongly correlated. It's really a socioeconomic problem exacerbated by socioeconomic segregation. But just as people weren't seeing that black people, especially young men, are being abused by police and others in our society, people are also blind to see that the abuse extends beyond black people, that race is merely a strong correlation and easier to see, but that those abused of are a common socioeconomic group that spans all races. The number one victim here is young men of all colors who are higher on the scale of testosterone being part of their make up paired with being among the lower socioeconomic classes, generally sub sections of the working class and the lower class. I believe that some of the bad cops out here - who are mostly working-class themselves and lucky to be in one of fewer trades that makes the working class part of the middle class - are actually using those they abuse as a pedestal, much in the way poor whites against blacks have been theorized to do the same. It is pathetic. Anybody who knows police officers personally, socially, or within family, and hears their casual speak, knows what I am talking about. Maybe the biggest problem is how so many of these problems are either sight unseen or subtle in a way that they also happen right in front of us without seeing what's going on - much akin to a teenager stealing fairly small amounts of money from their parents Culligan-water jug full of change happening but not being noticed until a critical point of dimishment.

  4. The police have used minimal force. The amount of devastation that will will occur if cops are shot will end all protests instantly. Difficult to protest when real firefights begin. However, if you think policing yourself is a better option give it a try. It’s been done before with pretty bad results.

  5. You cannot blame all cops for the actions of Derek Chauvin just as you cannot blame all whites. Everyone condemns his actions, even before these idiotic riots. The only thing these riots are doing is dividing people who were united before, into lawless and peaceful elements. The rioters are the lawless ones.

If they escalate and bring in guns they are going to bring down fury on themselves, not just from the police but from the law-abiding majority who are armed and are not going to tolerate that level of violence. We are already disgusted by what we are seeing.

  7. Somehow I'll bet that if this person took the time to actually learn what policies and procedures in the KCMO police department they objected to and offered some recommended changes, their eyes would be perfectly safe.

  10. The person hit with the rubber bullet should be glad it wasn't a real bullet as he would be dead. Maybe next time he won't be on the streets in a lawless manner breaking the law. People who pull stupid stunts get rewarded with stupid prizes.

  15. Meanwhile these out-of-touch and inept politicians are obviously using the members of law enforcement as pawns when they should be backing them "WHILE" removing the bad ones. Maybe it's time we protest for the removal of the local Kansas City corrupt politicians who have time and time again scammed and screwed the citizens of this town.

  16. ^^Good. They deserved it.

  17. All well and good Stupid dave but since you don't reside in KC, you won't be removing anyone and frankly you don't have anything to say about it either. now get your shinebox. Bitch.

  19. At some point these protesters need to BE the change they DEMAND. Police officers' respect comes from being respected. Sympathy and understanding comes from people showing sympathy and understanding for the jobs police do. If there is inherent racism in our police departments - they are hiring. These protesters can pick up an application, join the police academy and BE the change they DEMAND.

Screaming at officers, making inflammatory statements, generalizing, and ignoring the challenges of being an officer are not going to make a difference. BE the change they DEMAND.

  21. In the first 5 months of 2020 the United States experienced a failed impeachment, Wuhan virus pandemic, murder hornets, coordinated race riots, looting and massive destruction of property. Do you ever think there is something that some people are trying very hard to distract you from noticing?

  22. 4:42 is typical college professor propaganda. It's time to discontinue taxpayers funding public universities as these professors do not work other than hate on American families and law abiding citizens.

Professors are societal misfits who hate Cjristian, famimies corporations etc who are successfull.

Let the corporate world train its workers. Universities have lost their benefit to society with their exorbinant salaries and pensions enslavimg students with life long student loan debt.

There are no longer critical thinking skills or open discussions to be learned at Universities as conservative values are shouted down by radical professors.

Finally, university research is a joke. All major scientific breakthroughs are discovered by the private sector.

  23. I have absolutely NO sympathy for a rioter losing an eye. If this was the Garden of Eden, where his chosen people (the ever peaceful Sharia muslims) ruled; they would have lopped his left hand clean off. At least here we use toilet paper. There, he'd have to wipe his rump with the same hand he eats with.

  27. 8:45/10:03 the only stupid moron i see is you. How about that for an opinion? How about getting off your ass and getting a job and doing something productive BITCH! You support all that is bad about Kansas City by attacking anyone who points out what the issues are. If pointing out the issues and solutions is stupid thoughts in your opinion then it completely points out what a stupid person you truly have to be. On a second point how about proving who you are so we can all know who you are and can then judge you accordingly. Posting all day on TKC calling people stupid is not being a productive member in life.

  28. ^^and yet you STILL don't live in KC Stupid dave, so nobody, I mean nobody, really gives a shit what you have to say about it. We aren't going to listen to someone who dean't even live here tells us about what we should do in KC. We live here, you don't, so fuck off. What's so hard about that stupor dave? Now blow me. You got run today. Go away. Come back tomorrow for another brutal beatdown.
