Man in custody after standoff with police

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Police say a man was taken into custody overnight after an Operation 100. Officers were dispatched to the area of 114th and Blue Ridge regarding a disturbance. When they arrived, a victim told them the suspect had pointed a rifle and punched several family members throughout the day.
