    And at the same visit they can have a chance to take an IQ test which might give some clue as to why they're so easily bamboozled and led around by the noses.
    Systemic racism!
    Police brutality!
    No mention of the 80 homicides in KCMO so far this year, and over 90% of the victims are black.
    Willful ignorance.
