Khalid Heron-Boone faces a second-degree murder charge, a first-degree robbery charge and two counts of armed criminal action.According to court records, the Kansas City Police Department responded to the area of 41st and Troost Avenue on Sunday and found Cox with gunshot wounds in the chest.
