Children's Mercy Hospital apologizes after email critical of police
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Officials at Children's Mercy Hospital have apologized for the content of a letter sent by administrators to hospital staff last weekend, which contained information critical of police.
The police should announce they will stop patrolling the 3 block area around Children's Mercy for the next 2 months. And will not respond to any calls there (including rapes). Then lets see what happens!!!

ReplyDeleteIt's a shame that even our hospitals have become supporters of violence. There's other hospitals for kids just stay away form this one.

The #1 lesson here... for God's sake, in the hyper-sensitive world we now live in, check and check and check again before you issue any statements. You would think that an organization as large as CM would have learned that by now.

ReplyDeleteBut many of those don't want to support radicalism and divergence from core mission.
Very dangerous for them.

Maybe if Children's Mercy doctors were not living in mansions and driving Mercedes; poor African Americans could receive heathcare.

CM has been dead to me for a while due to over-billing practices. My health insurance could not believe the extent to which they insist on splitting services in order to juice the billing....their complete disregard for police is not at all a surprise to me.
