Kansas City Blogger Explores Revisionist History And False Confederate Tribute

Turns out that Americans never really loved traitors who were defeated in an old war BUT used the public's imagination of the past to shape the world in which they lived . . . Read more:

Confederate Monuments Are A Rewrite of History, Not A Remembrance

Confederate monuments were the product of a campaign to rewrite history, not to preserve it. There were few Confederate monuments in the thirty years after the Civil War ended in 1865. Placement of monuments came in two waves, the first...

Marxist Bullshit. A Southern perspective displaying pride in the courage of ones' ancestors is not "rewriting history". Removing these monuments is just another step towards a second civil war.

  2. I thought it was the failing public schools and the negative incentives associated with affirmative action that caused the black achievement gap. Turns out it was the status of General Lee and my bowl of Uncle Ben's Rice. Who knew?

  3. Bullshit.
The Civil War gave Aunt Jemima the right to sell pancakes and syrup.

What did President Lincoln say after a three day drunk ? "I freed WHO" ?!

  6. @6:49, when you say "displaying pride in the courage of ones' ancestors", are you speaking about the actions of the Traitors that led the "Confederation Of Dunces" in their failed attempt to destroy the United Stated Of America?

If so, leave! This Country is for Patriots!

  7. Lincoln's biggest mistake was in allowing the Eleven Secessionist States to regain their Statehood status. They should have been returned to Territorial status and have been required to regain Statehood through the Constitutional Process.

Maybe then they would have been able to remember that
    THEY LOST THE DAMN WAR!

The statues were erected as an cf terror directed at African Americans & a middle finger at the Yankees. (Q: What do the people of Mexico City call the people who live in Georgia? A: Yankees.)

Every state that left said the war was about slavery, but the Daughters of the Confederacy said it was about states' rights. Wasn't the state right in question about slavery?

Tear them down. They serve no good purpose.

  9. Say's the Yankee apologist who thinks the destruction of the south and the following military oppression was a good thing. I have two ancestors who fought for the south. One was murdered just after the war as a retribution. we honor our ancestors who were fighting for their rights to go another direction than stay with the north. Only a handful in the north cared about blacks and were no less racist than the southern people. What they cared about was not competing against "cheap" slave labor. The war aim of the north was to "Save the Union". Never, "end slavery". Slavery was on its way out and the US was the only nation that ended slavery by extreme violence. Yes, slavery was bad but the big money in NYNY made millions off it without complaint. Trump was right, they did not stop with Confederate statues.

  10. The "morally superior" Northern elites produced Native American slaughtering Union Officers and soldiers who learned the trade in the southern oppression. Genl. Sheridan, Sherman, Grant, Custer gave the American Indians lead and the bayonet. It was all part of violent oppression by the North over the South and Native Americans to get huge profits. No one asks,"why was the North killing all these people"? Money.

  11. ^^^ You forgot to mention that famous "Indian Fighter and staunch Southron Hero Andrew Jackson, didn't you?

And what "violent oppression by the North" did the economically collapsing South experience until they started firing on the US Army? The North may have had other motivations than ending Slavery, but the South was certainly driven by the desire to reserve it. This is especially true for Virginia, whose only major agricultural product by the start of the War was the breeding of Slaves! King Cotton destroyed the South, not them damnyankees!

  12. Which side of the Civil War that someone fought on was decided almost entirely by where that someone lived. Neither side thought of themselves as traitors and a fair reading of history would not label either as traitors. They were two factions of the same family that fought a war between disparate regions and eventually reconciled and tried to preserve what was good about themselves. Only the comic book movie watching, video game playing, virtue signaling purposeless and nihilistic left would attempt to restart a war that the rest of the nation put behind it it over a century ago. Those seeking conflict should rapidly leave this world and take up their residence in hell which they so richly deserve. In other words, f*** off and go to hell.
