What's that stupid saying? "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." Well, I had every intention of staying true to continuing my no sugar/no gluten diet through 2020. You know-the one I endlessly boasted about the previous year. Was I planning on being as fanatical/adherent to it?

  1. I don't believe him - an eating habit like that takes dedication and determination to break. I'll help a little though if he's serious. If it's white or yellow don't eat it.

    Cucumber and bacon sandwiches everyday will be good enough.

  3. Some don't know how big they really are until they get next to someone their own size.

    I had a buddy who was the same height and two pounds heavier than me long ago. One day I asked his weight and I asked I'm really that big too? He nodded and with-in a few years time or less I was back down to a comfortable and strong 187 to 190 pounds. Stayed in that weight range for the longest.

    Cleans out the pipes and you don't get fat.
    If you jack off at the same time, it is a hot experience.
