Jackson County Battle Betwixt Exec Vs. Legislature Over CARES ACT Cash Continues

This fight is years old BUT NOW several cities within the County suffer from the political gridlock.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Jackson County legislative committee met Monday to discuss the county's next steps in disbursing CARES Act funding to the counties municipalities. A county spokesperson said Monday the act next goes up for discussion next week.
