Backlash follows AMC's decision not to require masks to avoid 'political controversy'

A number of companies have said that masks will not be required when their locations reopen during the coronavirus pandemic, but few have seen the backlash that AMC faced overnight after its CEO said its decision not to require masks was made in an effort to avoid politics.

    This is a sudden turnaround. I thought they were gonna close.

    Or just maybe they will open for the required 8 weeks, bring back their employees, thus converting their bailout from a loan to a forgiven GRANT--and THEN close.

  9. Sounds really fun to go to filthy movie theater to watch a crappy movie while wearing a suffocating mask that smells like the tuna sandwich I ate yesterday.
