    action is needed to restructure--not merely "reform"--the police.

    action is needed for mentoring young people in school, beyond "education," if they are open to it.

    pr and virtue-signaling for self-interest, as by large corporations currently, is insufficient and one can only be cynical at this stage.

    a consensus of americans to work harder, knowing that the problem is not solved, does seem likely to emerge.

    When we talk about why people aren't in the streets when little kids get murdered. The constant violence and shooting. Again, I will listen.

    Actual real solutions with accountability from within the community.
