Café Trio Remains Closed After Violent Kansas City Country Club Plaza Protests

Another glimpse at this upscale hangout for the LGBT community & Midtown power players shut down amid pandemic and local civil unrest . . . Checkit:

Eager to Reopen, Café Trio Is In a Holding Pattern - In Kansas City

In theory, Café Trio-the well-known, upscale Plaza bistro-was supposed to reopen today. Or should we say, re-reopen. The original date was postponed from June 4th-their 16th anniversary-at the beginning of Pride month, which owners Tai Nguyen and Chris Youngers look forward to as supportive members of the LGBTQ community.
