TKC MUST READ!! AWARD WINNING KANSAS CITY AUTHOR SLAMS BROOKSIDE OUTDOOR CAFE PATRONS WHO DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CORONAVIRUS REOPEN SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!
In a public post that's, ironically, going viral—Kansas City literary giant Whitney Terrell lambasts patrons of the "Brookside Barrio" throwing coronavirus caution to the wind.
Here's the premise at the outset of the local reopen . . .
"Very much #idgaf about the ‘rona or masks or social distancing here in #Brookside #kansascity."

The scribe continues in a public comment . . .
"This was the first night that restaurants can be open in KC. To be clear, I want business open. Everybody does. But this patio looked as crowded as a normal night in 2019. I know the bar well. My photo doesn’t even really do it justice. It’s all good if nobody has Covid. But you get one person in there who’s positive and you’ve got a lot of cases. Read about the one guy in Seoul who infected over 100 people in a single night. Maybe operating, say, a Ford plant is worth that risk. (I’m not saying it is but one could argue.) But is hanging out at Brookside Barrio worth that risk? And this was 7 pm. Just think how less careful people are after a couple drinks. We need a consistent federal plan for how to do this. And the plan we do have is being ignored by our governor."
And so . . .
THE WARNING FROM THIS CELEBRATED KANSAS CITY AUTHOR HAS EARNED ACCOLADES AMONG HIS MANY FANS WHO JOIN IN DENOUNCING FOODIE PATRONS!!!
Hopefully, his vivid account will inspire public health safety changes given that dozens of locals have likely called the city's 311 line inspired by the local leader in literature.
Let's not forget that Mr. Terrell was educated at Princeton, so he's no dummy and has earned nationwide accolades for his vivid writing that's far more accomplished than any Internets troll or bloggy scumbag. Accordingly, it will take weeks to see if his skill as a virologist will also prove correct.

People have been warned about the consequens. Now it's up to them.
ReplyDeleteActually, now it's up to the health department.
DeleteLockdown #2 coming up in 3, 2 . . .

ReplyDeleteSilver spoon white-guilt peddler with his panties in a bunch. Yawn.
ReplyDeleteNobody cares what that fag has to say about brookside
ReplyDeletethanks, whitney.

Oh, who gives a fuck that he went to Princeton? Lots of faggots like him go there, or even worse, Columbia. him go there, or even worse, Columbia.
ReplyDeleteLove you Whitney!!!:)
DeleteCall Archer now and end this re-infection folly!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd like a Corona and some Community Spread, please! Make it to go! I'm a Republican! I've got people to infect!
ReplyDeleteIf a second wave emerges, there will be a depression.
ReplyDeleteRex, please go there tonight.
ReplyDeleteWhitney Terrell is an ethno-masochist and a professional race-hustler. This purveyor of White guilt should keep his candy-ass at home so his mommy can prepare his meals.
ReplyDeleteFucking fag.
ReplyDelete"And they're running into death just like soldiers run into bullets, in a true sense. I see that with the doctors and the nurses and so many of the people they go into those hospitals, it's incredible to see. It's a beautiful thing to see."
ReplyDeleteGoddamn who'd be stupid enough to say something like that?
TAKE A WILD GUESS
ReplyDeleteGive it up Karen. You people wanted outside bars in Westport for safety and now you bitch because Brookside has people back in their business eating outside like everyone wanted. You want Tyranny go live somewhere else.
12:08: And yet he's a hell of a good writer--better than you can ever hope to be. Weird.
ReplyDeleteVirtue signaling academic pansy. What else do you expect from Whitney? The guy writes two books and is protected at UMKC for life. Why do we listen to people who are sequestered away from the REAL WORLD?
ReplyDeleteDoes this guy think he's some kind of "influencer". Just another pembroke pussy.
ReplyDelete1:00: And yet, last I heard, he lives east of Troost, so he may have a better acquaintance with the real world than you. Weird.
ReplyDeleteEast of Troost means what, dildo? There are nice homes east of Troost. Private school his entire life, Ivy League, insulated academic. Everything he knows is theoretical and from a privileged point of view.
ReplyDeleteMy life isn't for anyone else to run.
ReplyDeleteDIED FROM CORONAVIRUS BUT OWNED A LIB, AM I RITE HAROLD
DeleteAnother one of those people with a gift of memory who can pass tests and exams and probably couldn't fine their way out of a paper bag if they got caught in it. Dime a dozen.
ReplyDeleteHe's another Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer.
ReplyDeleteAppears Terrell is a weak, scared and frightened man.
ReplyDeleteWell Harold, I'm sure Brookside has a table waiting for you too.
ReplyDeleteBe smart, stay home.
it's surprising that people in brookside are doing the wrong thing.
ReplyDeleteMaybe unlike you they beleive they will nust be one of the 98% that will survive even if they get it. Think about that for a bit. Live in fear under the bed for who knows how long. Or live life and have faith you will carry on. Personal choice man! I thought you peeps claim to be understanding of others views, not!
DeleteYep, even in Monkey town they respect covid more. The hipster Brookside artsy people are the worst. Put on the man bun wig, standard yoga pants ( man or woman or both ) and enjoy the rewards !
ReplyDelete(@12:57 and 1:25) How's that 35-page kindle book selling, Tony ?
ReplyDeletepeople should make a concerted effort to avoid high risk people. If anyone stuffed in kale jack cheese enchilada joint live with or have regular contact with high risk persons at work have more responsibility.
ReplyDeleteAltho ad hominem attacks on terrell can be entertaining. He was a pembroke hill or pembroke daisy/pussy 'lifer'. Lifers are the worst. lol.
he's liberal enough to feel obliged to move West of troost after he got married and had kids, am i rite maude!
ReplyDeletePeople like Whitney wish black people would break into his house and rape his wife and then kill him and his family. He'd consider that "justice" and he'd be okay with that.
ReplyDeleteWife and family? And here you said he was a fag. Could you at least get your story straight, loser boy?
ReplyDelete3:38 ya crepehanger, people like whitney think that minsky's on main should deliver pizza east of troost.
ReplyDeleteThe finger wagging is relentless amongst these petty tyrants.
ReplyDeleteJust another Karen seeing danger everywhere and having to sing it out to draw attention to his virtue signaling self.
ReplyDeleteI have a parent that is high risk, if i went to kale burrito land, i would not go off and visit my parents or have another little chat with my 70+ neighbor about her little barky dog. Does that make me a Karen?
ReplyDeleteYour virtue signaling sound bite anthem brain can expand a bit.
Hurry up and Covid-croak already Deplorables and CHUDS. You rats and cockroaches are a drain on the American taxpayer. Add your minimal intelligence and scumbag demeanor together and you’ve got this toxic stew called MAGA. Jesus, himself, is ashamed of your gluttonous, greedy lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteTo think you threw a tantrum when asked to wear a cotton mask on you face. Wait until you’re dying alone in the hospital ICU on a ventilator. Thoughts and prayers, bitches.
Yes, I know you're lonely and tired of getting slapped around every time you venture one of your silly little opinions. It's obvious.
DeleteSo bitter! Carry on, you've crossed over into unintentional comedy and we love it. :)
how many families could have taken family members out of senior living centers before they became hot spots, were they just doing what they were told too or were employees gettin kale burritos.
ReplyDeletea kale enchilada is bastardized american virtue signaling.
ReplyDelete4:42 well Karen, we all wish death upon you too...... moron
ReplyDeleteHave you been in your basement since March?
i gots to go get myself a delicious kale enchilada! Bye!
ReplyDeletea Dine-in delicious kale enchilada delicacy is always imperative.
ReplyDelete4:42 still believes Russia collusion happened and obamagate didn’t happen. You can put the evidence right smack in her face and she still wont believe it, I think it has something to do with being brain washed from watching cnn 24/7, I dunno
ReplyDelete"Let's not forget that Mr. Terrell was educated at Princeton...." He's Princeton credentialed, but whether he became educated there is still an open question. Having read his statement, there is serious room for doubt. Most likely he majored in groupthink.
ReplyDeleteI think 4:42 is the Adam schiff of kc, none other than Rex archer himself, nobody freaks out as much as that psycho does
ReplyDeleteAt Princeton, as at very College or University, someone has to finish at the very bottom of every graduating Class.
ReplyDeleteAnyone know Mr. Terrell's ranking?
No, trolls, I was 22nd in my Class.
Might have been higher but for the Heinekens.
like most famous kansas citians, he's a nice guy with a nice family.
ReplyDeletepompous? perhaps, but nice.
OMG someone might be outside actually having a good time with friends on a restaurant patio!
ReplyDeleteOMG a kale enchilada on a brookside restaurant patio, good times!
ReplyDeleteA virus with a 99.98% recovery rate and this jack-ass is bitching?? What a tool.
ReplyDeleteI doubt Whitey Terrell lost his job due to the shutdown. He's just another elitist snob.
ReplyDeleteCard carrying member of The Liberal World Order
ReplyDeletewhy would a salt of the earth hero who lost their job want roasted kale, cremini mushrooms & jack cheese rolled in corn tortillas topped with garlic cream sauce & black bean relish on a brookside restaurant table for $13 + tax & tip?
ReplyDeleteI can’t even think of enchiladas with garlic cream sauce without thinking of the “You’re Not Yelping” episode of South Park.
Deletewouldn't they go wild if stroud's was still open or something. I love really expensive canned green beans.
ReplyDeletesplurge unemployment on a well done anvil-tenderized steak at Chili's perhaps?
ReplyDeleteWhat is not mockable in this town or in this pandemic?
He's only written three books over many years. That's a pretty lame record of accomplishment for someone who has made a career of it and is in their 50s. A lot of novelists take out their lack of creative production on others for the smallest of reasons to make themselves look notable. It looks like this is the case.
ReplyDeleteToo bad the virus doesn’t just kill democrat leftist mental patients the world would be so much better off
ReplyDeleteWow,everyone's an expert! Love everything Whitney said:)
ReplyDelete8:55: And how many books have you written?
ReplyDelete4:40 pm. And no one is making you go to Brookside and then see your vulnerable parents afterwards. You can avoid what you judge to be risky circumstances and others can make judgments over circumstances in their own lives. Don't you get that?
ReplyDeleteStay in. Wear a mask. Sanitize your hands every three minutes. Just don't tell other people what they can and cannot do. Don't tell them that they cannot work, make a living, and socialize. Demanding that the authorities take away the freedom of others whose behavior you do not approve does not make you virtuous. It makes you a tyrant.
His first name is Whitney.
ReplyDelete^^^^^^Ummmm... and?
ReplyDeleteEven during London's plague, some people went about biz as usual, claiming it couldnt hurt them. No social distancing. They were the first to meet the grim reeper and be turned into a rotting corpse thrown into a long ditch grave. Others who stayed in as much as possible actually lived - there were many survivors of the London Plague. Some lives 80 year further into the future.
