Wyandotte County took the first step Monday of bringing its economy back online by entering the red zone of the ReStart WyCo Road to Recovery plan.By entering the Red Zone, the county allows some businesses to gradually reopen open with social distancing measures in place and no groups larger than 10.Under the plan, restaurants, bars, hospitality and retail are open for pickup and delivery only.
