  2. The OPKS police dont do very much so theyre not accustomed to real criminals and this one got caught unprepared to engage. Did you know most cops aren't very good shooters? I was talking to a former policeman and he admitted that. Interesting.

  4. Key word... off duty. Meaning he wasnt dressed in uniform etc... headline should read Off Duty Office in plain clothes... pursued a suspect and engaged in gun battle when he should have called the police who were actually on duty.

    1. #1 A police officer is never off-duty and #2 He was on his way in to work. Stick to what you know, whatever that might be, and let the adults talk.

  5. ^^Correct.
They just empty the whole gun into the general direction of who they are shooting.

  6. "The killer was identified as Rau'shee Raynell Deontay Washington of Kansas City, KS."

Well no need to guess his race

  7. In these times I don't think I'd stop for some person who wasn't readily identifiable as police officer. I think this police action might need more investigation. That should not be a controversial thing to say.

  8. Question for the reporters: Who did the suspect hit & run? There is no mention of that in any of the reporting. Seems like there is no victim of a suspected crime. I'm not saying there's not, just that there's not one being reported.

Will the be getting a streetcar soon?

    1. Did you just arrive in the U.S. of A. From China? Deadly police shootings have been commonplace here for the last 20 years.

  11. The police officer was in uniform, according to some news reports.

  12. I am sure the perp had a long record, had skipped bail, and the Jackson county prosecutor had released him on that now revoked bail. We need to lock up dangerous people forever.

  14. Sad, because most people don't want to die. However, when you apply to become a Fire-fighter, or a Crime-fighter, you volunteer for termination, and hope for retirement.

  15. I'd say "... volunteer for possible termination." Kamikaze pilots volunteered for termination. Glad to see there are people willing to lay their lives on the line and sometimes make the ultimate sacrifice for the rest of us -- police, soldiers, firefighters, etc.

  16. Glad to see some critical comments on this website. We are not required to accept every story unconditionally. There should be further investigation of this incident because the story does not match up with the facts that we see.

  17. Liberty is a twat. He doesn’t have the guts to actually matter, but chooses to be an internet warrior....much like his generation. He won’t actually amount to much, and no one will ever talk about how lives were better because he existed. Instead, he will choose to find reasons why those who did matter were flawed.

People like you are sad...actually, you are pathetic. Our great country was built by great people. Instead you choose to be a twat.

    ^^^ Pot meet kettle.

You Internet titans keep on fighting into the night and tell us who won in your bitch fest. Bitches.

It's likely that nobody cares what EITHER of you two losers think.

  19. ^^^ But yet you care enough to respond. It's called dialog. That's for doing your part by taking part.

  20. Correction ... thanks for doing your part by taking part to give an opinion not worth a fart.

  21. Accuracy is one thing but becomes completely different when someone is returning fire. My guess is that even well qualified shooters would suffer accuracy issues when being fired upon.

    Prayers for his family.
