Very sad. Looks like he owned a company called Tactical Simulations Solutions so surely he was more skilled with his weapon that even most cops.

How can he be both off-duty and in the line of duty at the same time? I sense media spin.

5:28am: The fallen Officer was on his way to his shift when the incident occurred,

There is no media spin, there is only the blind paranoia in that microscopic brain of yours.

An officer lost his life. Show some respect. It’s the minimally decent thing to do, but for you it’s a challenge.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest in Peace.
Amen.

He was on his way to work when he witnessed the hit and run. Get the facts before posting idiotic statements.
