  8. It's not that much money in the big scheme of things; but tone deaf at best. KCMO has yet to acknowledge the revenue will be in a free fall. Endless babbling by Mayor Selfie about the fed bail out monies isn't going to fix the revenue shortfalls. So what if Jackson County and Clay County isn't doling out the money to the favor of KCMO. The scheme is already in the works to shuffle the monies around to fund pet projects. What exactly isn't going to be funded? The city has the revenue figures by wont make the revenue figures public...
