KANSAS CITY FLASH FLOOD WARNING AS SEWERS STAY LOSING AMID COVID-19!!!

A #TBT reminder for those of us who really know this cowtown . . . Remember that KCMO never really lived up to its TWO-BILLION-DOLLAR agreement to fix sewers and now even typical spring rain brings very real danger to local streets.

Today's example and important news:

Flash flood warning issued for parts of Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Continued overnight and morning rains have prompted the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood warning for portions of Jackson and Clay counties in Missouri. The warning runs through 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. 41 Action News Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak said more than two inches of rain has already fallen in some parts of the metro.

  1. Well the residents are to blame. You get what you vote for. All you liberal sheep especially those of you idiots in Hyde Park who got all giddy when Sly James sent three flyers a day saying "I'm voting for this." You turned right around and did the same thing with the Progressive GO Bond. I wish you people would move somewhere else.

  5. Who cares about the sewers? The only thing that counts is the streetcar is still going. No one's riding in it, but that doesn't matter.
