Kansas City police said a child was injured in a shooting Wednesday evening near 23rd Street and Chelsea Avenue.The shooting was reported just before 6 p.m.Police said the child is in stable condition. That area of town looks like little Beirut with all the burned out and abandoned houses hell, there’s a house with no god damned roof sitting there for months. The shootings and murders there are ridiculous, it’s 100 times worse than Mogadishu, the popo don’t give a crap and neither does the city. Maybe clean some shit up and people will stop shooting each other..... oh hell, no they won’t
