Plaza restaurant will not reopen after COVID-19 shutdown: 'It's been devastating'
Stacy Plamondon purchased the three area t.Loft restaurants a year ago and was building up the business when the COVID-19 shutdown started. Now the Country Club Plaza location, 200 W. 47th St., will not reopen. Its lease was up this summer, and Plamondon said she doesn't have the funds to reopen it or move it to a new location.
