  1. A level of corruption the mafia would envy. No one has gone to jail, yet.

  2. Just don't give any money to Kansas City.

  3. Told ya!
Ridgeway and Owen made that $29 million disappear in eight hours!
Has to be some sort of record.
There is no limit to the underhandedness and dishonesty of these two!
Oh, well, as least they'll both be gone next year!
And then the new Commission can clean house and have the prosecutor's Office start the Criminal Investigations.

  4. So Nolte and Quagmire Lucas held secret meetings to split the money?

Where is the outrage, channel 9?

  5. Read the article, Note had nothing to do with this outrage, except to try to stop it.

No, like every other shady bit of crap that has gone on in Liberty for four years, this whole theft cane directly from Ridgeway, Owen, and their lackeys.

  6. All one has to do is read the article, note Nicole Brown's involvement, and take one look at her resume. She's tried college three times, each lasting two years or less, and is now working on that elusive Associates degree at MAPLE WOODS CC. Seriously, I don't think she would qualify to be a substitute school teacher.

  7. The counties are smart not to hand over the monies to KCMO. With a history of fiscal irresponsibility the City of Kansas City MO isn't the better option to manage the monies. Ultimately, the counties are on the hook for the audit results some years down the road. The counties are smart to either hold back 40% or hold back 100%. Quinton Lucas is looking for a bailout of the City of Kansas City MO. While other cities are implementing austerity measures KCMO is increasing the budget.

    Thoughts...

furlough employees 4 hours each week
    turn street lights off
don't send a fire truck to every opioid overdose
one cruiser per car chase (not 10)
charge rent at 18th / Vine
