Children's Mercy sees second patient with rare COVID-19 illness
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Children's Mercy Hospital reported Tuesday they have a second pediatric patient with the new disease being called Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children, or MIS-C. It was reported that the rare disease had shown up in Missouri last week, and Children's Mercy had a patient with it.

The city's chief health official reported the case but DID NOT INFER FOR ONE SECOND that "Kansas City might be the epicenter."
