Missouri House Approves Budget That's $146 Million Less Than Last Year Due To Coronavirus

The Missouri House passed a $34 billion state budget on Wednesday that reflects the economic costs of COVID-19. House Budget Chair Cody Smith, R-Neosho, said the plan includes $146 million less compared to the state's current budget. However, Smith said that Missouri is doing much better than most states amid the virus outbreak.

  2. I've noticed most grocery store workers don't wear masks and they all are still alive even though facing the public every day. Brave folks and deserve our gratitude.

  3. Not brave, not concerning, nothing about masks does ANYTHING for normal, healthy people interactions. It would stop the spittle from emanating forth from the gullet of ill progs who haven't learned so cough and sneeze into an elbow, or blow their nose with a kleenex rather than wiping it with their hand. The ONLY reason for masks is to reinforce the fake fear tactics so they can justify the far overreach of power with this fake-ass horse crap.

  7. Many of the Citizens are going to cut back as well. Out of a Job and under employed And up to there eye balls in debt. Fewer tax dollars coming in And the debt collectors will have a hard time to. And the student,loans .This does not look good
