(From Rep. Ingrid Burnett, D-Kansas City) As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to run its course, and the State and local municipalities are abiding by shelter in place orders, the MO Legislature has been called back to complete the 2020 Session of the 100th General Assembly.
Well f course she's critical of a Republican governor. Ingrid is a loyal Democrat foot soldier. She will say anything the party wants her to say.
