KU Med to participate in clinical trial of hydroxychloroquine in healthcare workers
KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -- The University of Kansas Medical Center will be participating in a nationwide clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine in preventing COVID-19 infection in exposed health care workers. KU Medical Center is one of 60 such sites across the nation that will be participating in this clinical trial, led by the Duke Clinical Research Institute.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure they will take it because it is a proven drug, so it can't hurt (besides the common side effects and 1 in a million serious ones). But they will also mutter that great progressive question: "How will we be safe?"

Doctors actually treating patients say it works. The left would rather see ppl die than use an effective treatment not only because trump "touted" it but also because HCQ, a generic drug, will obviate the need for costly vacinne and other name brand drugs...the dems and the MSM are beholden to big pharma.
